Intlight technical Support Center provides lighting design programs for products and support for the sales of new products. We take emphasis in design of new products; batch realization and feasibility assess of batch manufacturing and offer training programs of products.

Technical Support team also provide professional after-sales service. What customers are interested in are what we concern. We solve problems of quality and usage and lead improvement of the products. Conditions of all the products are collected. With methods, such as the analysis of recurrence of unhealthy condition in the laboratory, we promote quality improvement in the processes of design, project, workmanship and operation; make sure the quality is effectively improved by testing and verifying by the laboratory and the market.
